By joining The Clarity Collective you agree to the following terms in full. It is your responsibility to review this policy before and after joining. Membership in this community is a privilege and may be revoked at any time for violations of this policy.
The Clarity Collective is a free community hosted on Skool. There is no cost to join and no payment is required. Future paid tiers or VIP access may be introduced and will be communicated clearly at the time of any offer. Any paid features will have their own terms and pricing disclosed before purchase.
The Clarity Collective is an intentional space. All members are expected to conduct themselves with respect, integrity, and professionalism at all times. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the community:
Disrespectful, harassing, bullying, or discriminatory behavior toward any member or toward Divinely Chelsey in any form. Sharing, reproducing, distributing, or leaking any content, materials, teachings, or strategies from inside the community to anyone outside of it. This includes screenshots, recordings, summaries, and direct sharing.
Copying, repurposing, or reselling any content, frameworks, or intellectual property created by Divinely Chelsey in whole or in part, for personal gain or otherwise. Promoting your own products, services, or communities inside The Clarity Collective without express written permission. Spam, unsolicited promotions, or recruitment of members to other platforms or communities.
Divinely Chelsey reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of these standards at her sole discretion.
All content inside The Clarity Collective including community posts, daily content, and live sessions is the exclusive intellectual property of Divinely Chelsey. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your own growth only. You may not reproduce, distribute, teach, or monetize any content from The Clarity Collective in any form without prior written consent.
Divinely Chelsey reserves the right to remove any member from The Clarity Collective at any time for violations of this policy, disruptive behavior, or any conduct deemed harmful to the community or to the brand. Members who are removed for violations will not be permitted to rejoin.
Divinely Chelsey reserves the right to update this membership policy at any time. Continued membership after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
