By joining The Diviners Academy you agree to the following terms in full. It is your responsibility to review this policy before and after your purchase. Membership in this community is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked at any time for violations of this policy.
The Diviners Academy is available on a month to month basis at $47 per month or as an annual membership at $997 per year. All memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis. By enrolling you authorize Divinely Chelsey to charge your selected payment method on your billing date each cycle.
Free trials are offered at the sole discretion of Divinely Chelsey and are not guaranteed. If a free trial is granted the terms will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. At the end of any trial period your membership will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation you will retain access to The Diviners Academy until the end of your current billing period. No access will be extended beyond that date. Cancellations do not generate refunds or credits for any unused portion of your membership.
All membership fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months, unused time, or dissatisfaction with the content. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and accept this policy.
If you choose to pay for your membership using Afterpay or Klarna, please be aware that cancelling your membership does not cancel your remaining payment installments with those providers. You are still responsible for completing all scheduled payments per the terms of your agreement with Afterpay or Klarna. In the event of a missed or disputed payment through either platform your membership access will be removed immediately without notice. Reinstatement will require payment of any outstanding balance plus full membership fees.
The Diviners Academy is a high value, intentional space. All members are expected to conduct themselves with respect, integrity, and professionalism at all times. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the community without refund:
Disrespectful, harassing, bullying, or discriminatory behavior toward any member or toward Divinely Chelsey in any form. Sharing, reproducing, distributing, or leaking any content, materials, teachings, or strategies from inside the community to anyone outside of it. This includes but is not limited to screenshots, recordings, summaries, and direct sharing.
Copying, repurposing, or reselling any content, frameworks, or intellectual property created by Divinely Chelsey in whole or in part, for personal gain or otherwise. Promoting your own products, services, or communities inside The Diviners Academy without express written permission. Spam, unsolicited promotions, or recruitment of members to other platforms or communities. Creating competing products, courses, communities, or content that directly mirrors, replicates, or is substantially derived from the teachings, frameworks, or structure of The Diviners Academy.
Divinely Chelsey reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of these standards at her sole discretion.
All content inside The Diviners Academy including but not limited to courses, lessons, frameworks, workbooks, community posts, and live sessions is the exclusive intellectual property of Divinely Chelsey. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your own growth only. You may not reproduce, distribute, teach, or monetize any content from The Diviners Academy in any form without prior written consent.
Lifetime access to The Diviners Academy is available as a one-time purchase. Once your payment is completed and your access is granted, it is yours to return to at any time. There are no subscriptions, renewals, or deadlines tied to a lifetime membership.
Lifetime access includes all content available at the time of purchase and ongoing access to The Diviners Academy community. It does not include new courses, additions, updates, or content added to the Academy after your purchase date. Any new content or offerings released after your purchase are not covered under lifetime access and may require a separate purchase.
Lifetime access is non-transferable and is tied to the individual who completed the purchase. It may not be shared, gifted, or sold to another person under any circumstances.
In the event that The Diviners Academy is retired, rebranded, or restructured, Divinely Chelsey will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes in advance. However, lifetime access does not guarantee perpetual access in the event of a full platform closure. No refunds will be issued in this scenario.
Lifetime members are subject to the same community standards, intellectual property terms, and removal policy as all other members. A lifetime access purchase does not exempt any member from being removed for violations of this policy. If a lifetime member is removed for a violation no refund will be issued and access will not be reinstated.
Due to the digital and lifetime nature of this purchase, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be offered under any circumstances.
Divinely Chelsey reserves the right to remove any member from The Diviners Academy at any time for violations of this policy, disruptive behavior, or any conduct deemed harmful to the community or to the brand. Members who are removed for violations will not be eligible for a refund and will not be permitted to rejoin.
Divinely Chelsey reserves the right to update this membership policy at any time. Continued membership after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
