Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase through Divinely Chelsey you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
All digital products including guides, playbooks, and downloadable resources are non-refundable. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, all sales are final once access has been granted. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
All coaching sessions and clarity readings are non-refundable. Once a session is booked and confirmed, no refunds will be issued. If you need to reschedule please reach out to us at least 24 hours in advance at [email protected].
Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
Physical products available through Chelsey's Comfort Shop are printed on demand and fulfilled through our print on demand partner. Because each item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size or color selections. Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
If your physical product arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we will make it right. Please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with the following:
Your order number, a clear photo showing the damage or defect, and a brief description of the issue. You do not need to return the damaged item. Once your claim is reviewed we will arrange a free reprint.
Please note that we are unable to offer reprints for orders where the wrong size or color was selected at checkout, as these are considered customer errors and are not covered under our damage policy.
Once an order is fulfilled and shipped by our print on demand partner, Divinely Chelsey is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Any shipping issues must be taken up directly with the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout as we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
