By booking any session with Divinely Chelsey you agree to the following terms. It is your responsibility to review this policy before and after your purchase.
All sessions start on time. You will have a 15 minute grace period to join the Zoom link provided at the time of booking. If you do not show up or arrive after the grace period has ended, your session will be considered forfeited. You will need to rebook and repay in full plus a $75 inconvenience fee before a new session can be scheduled. No refunds or credits are issued for missed appointments.
If you arrive within the grace period, please note that your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Time lost due to a late arrival will not be made up.
If you need to reschedule your session you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Reschedule requests made within the 24 hour window will require a $50 inconvenience fee which must be paid in full before a new time can be confirmed. Reschedule requests cannot be made during an active session or within the grace period window.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session will be issued as store credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made within the 24 hour window are not eligible for store credit and the session will be forfeited. No exceptions.
Two missed sessions will result in being permanently banned from booking with Divinely Chelsey in the future.
Sessions are booked for a set amount of time and will end at the scheduled close time. If you would like to continue the conversation or extend your session during the call and a spot is available, you will need to book and pay for an additional session. No exceptions.
Pre-recorded clarity readings and photos of your card pulls will be delivered together to your email within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. In the event of high order volume, delays may occur and delivery may take longer than the standard timeframe. We appreciate your patience.
Zoom session replays are delivered via an access link sent directly to your email from Zoom. You will have 30 days from the date the replay link is delivered to download your recording. After 30 days the file will be permanently removed from the Zoom cloud and will no longer be accessible. We are not responsible for replays that are not downloaded within this window and no exceptions will be made.
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates. In the event of high volume or technical delays, replay delivery may take between 5 to 30 days. We will do our best to communicate any delays as they arise.
