This shipping policy applies to all physical products purchased through Chelsey's Comfort Shop. All orders are printed on demand and fulfilled through our print on demand partner. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Because every item is made specifically for your order, there is a production period before your order ships. Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 2 to 7 business days after purchase. During peak seasons such as holidays, production times may be longer.
Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Economy Shipping: 4 to 8 business days. Standard Shipping: 2 to 5 business days. Express Delivery: 2 to 3 business days total including production (available for select products and US locations only).
All shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
We ship to over 200 countries and territories worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on your location, the print provider, and customs processing. In general, international orders may take anywhere from 10 to 30 business days to arrive after production. Delays caused by customs are outside of our control.
Please note that international customers may be responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country upon delivery. Divinely Chelsey is not responsible for these additional charges.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. Divinely Chelsey is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address please contact us immediately at [email protected] before your order enters production.
Orders are shipped through a variety of carriers depending on your location and the print provider fulfilling your order. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and regional couriers.
